Family Law and Estate Planning Attorney Serving Richmond Hill, Savannah & Coastal Georgia
Rooted in Strength. Guided With Care.
My career began in 2013 in the high-volume courtrooms of upstate New York, where I served as a frontline advocate for hundreds of parents as an attorney at the Legal Aid Society. Navigating the most personal of legal challenges—including custody, child support, divorce, and sensitive abuse and neglect cases—taught me that behind every case file is a family seeking stability and a path forward.
In 2020, I moved to Coastal Georgia which brought me to Georgia Legal Services, where I advocated for clients in criminal record restriction and public benefits. This work was more than a series of legal filings; it was about restoring dignity and clearing the path for individuals to reclaim their futures. I saw firsthand how a single legal resolution could open doors to housing, employment, and lasting stability. These years deepened my resolve to provide legal services that acknowledge the humanity behind the case—ensuring every client is not only professionally represented but truly seen and supported.
Building on that foundation, I transitioned into the role of Senior Staff Attorney at the Chatham County Juvenile Court. For four years, I served as a primary advisor to the judiciary, providing the legal research, rigorous analysis, and strategic counsel necessary to support complex judicial decision-making. I provided legal support for the court’s most vulnerable youth.
This "behind the scenes" experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of judicial procedure and the legal frameworks that impact Georgia families.
When I am not advocating for my clients, I am enjoying the natural beauty of the Georgia coast. I am a proud resident of Richmond Hill, where I live with my husband, Jon, and our beloved pets, Duchess and Tara.
