Nicole Trego is a dually licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience serving families from multiple legal vantage points—as a trusted advocate for parents, an advisor to the judiciary, and a leader in child welfare.
Her background in both family law and estate planning allows her to approach legal matters holistically—helping clients move through immediate challenges while also supporting thoughtful decisions that protect their families, assets, and long-term stability.
She has represented hundreds of parents in custody, divorce, and child welfare matters, served as Senior Staff Attorney to the Chatham County Juvenile Court, and contributes to the State Bar of Georgia’s Child Welfare Executive Committee.
Nicole also earned her law school concentration in Elder and Family Law with honors, reinforcing the interdisciplinary foundation she brings to complex, deeply personal legal matters.
